Program Overview
The goal of this program is to train competent and compassionate physicians for the future of healthcare — a healthcare system undergoing rapid transformation. Our program allows each resident to accomplish their career goals while acquiring the depth of knowledge and experience required to successfully pass the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certifying examination.
An energetic and enthusiastic faculty is committed to your education. Our curriculum is built on the educational requirements of a generalist physician and also incorporates the essential tools of Internal Medicine needed to prepare you for fellowship training, as evidenced by the success of our graduates joining top fellowship programs throughout the country.
Our Mission
At Sinai-Grace, we believe the best physicians are trained in environments where they are challenged, supported, and inspired. We foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, professional integrity, and genuine camaraderie.

At Sinai-Grace, we pride ourselves on our spirit of camaraderie. Residents have direct access to faculty for clinical guidance, career counseling, and personal support — always.
Clinical Independence
Residents gain great independence under the direct supervision of full-time faculty and private physicians. This builds tremendous confidence in diagnosing and managing complex patients with multiple comorbid conditions. Our training program puts education first — a limited patient census ensures ample time to learn from every case.
