Regular, structured feedback is central to resident development at Sinai-Grace. We use a multi-modal evaluation system aligned with the ACGME's six core competencies.

We encourage real-time feedback between residents and faculty. Our open-door policy means residents always have direct access to guidance and support — not just at scheduled review times.
